A plain description of what this website collects, what it does not, and how information you send is handled.
This website does not require an account, does not sell products, and does not ask visitors to create a profile. It collects no personal information automatically beyond what is described under analytics below.
The contact form does not transmit data to a server. Completing it opens a pre-filled message in your own email program, which you then choose to send. Nothing you type is stored by this website.
When you email ed.sirianno@gmail.com, call 518-526-5492, or request a scheduled conversation, the information you provide is received and retained in ordinary business correspondence.
That information is used solely to respond to your inquiry and, if an engagement follows, to conduct the work. It is not sold, rented, or shared for marketing purposes.
If online scheduling is enabled on the Schedule page, it is provided by a third-party scheduling service. Information you enter there — typically name, email, and the times you select — is handled under that provider's own privacy policy in addition to this one.
This website is prepared to use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand which pages are useful. No analytics identifier is configured at this time, so no analytics data is being collected.
If analytics are enabled in the future, they will be used only in aggregate to improve the site, and no attempt will be made to identify individual visitors.
Client information encountered during an engagement — governance discussions, financial records, personnel matters, donor data, and candidate materials in a search — is treated as confidential and is not disclosed without permission.
Case examples published on this website are described in general terms and exclude confidential detail.
You may ask at any time what correspondence is retained, or request that it be deleted, by writing to ed.sirianno@gmail.com. Requests are honored promptly except where records must be kept for legal or professional reasons.
